Real Estate Development
Our real estate arm is involved in construction of housing estates, office blocks, specialized buildings such as hospitals, factories etc. We also carry on reconstruction and renovation of buildings. We offer civil engineering and architectural services including landscaping, road and culvert constructions using the highest standards in executing these contracts.
Quarries
Leenford Projects has operational quarries in Abuja with licences to operate in 6(six) other locations spread over Nigeria. We consistently have in stock upwards of 60,000 tonnes of granite in stone dust, 3/4 inch, 1/2 inch and 1 inch aggregates as well as stone base. Our prices are amongst the most competitive with delivery services included in the package.
Construction
We offer traditional general contracting services as well as preconviction, construction management and design/build services. Leenford Projects will perform work on both a negotiated or a competitive bid basis. We provide a complete range of services including:
